Trends Boutique online store is happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased online. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition and all tags must remain in place. Please note: there is no return on jewellery and sale items, however we are happy to exchange clothing sale items.

Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange) or a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost). Refund will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
